Are you looking for flexible short term accommodation in London? Whether you are here on business or looking for somewhere to stay before buying, a Short Let is the answer.

There are basically two alternatives:

  1. Service Blocks
  2. Privately owned flats/houses

Service Blocks - [these buildings are managed in a similar way to an hotel]

Depending on quality, and therefore cost, they can provide maid and laundry services, full business facilities including secretarial support, private boardroom hire and leisure facilities.

Although the 5 star apartments are similar in price to hotels they have the advantage of full kitchen amenities and are therefore a preferable option for most business travellers. Naturally, if 5 star standard is not essential prices will vary accordingly.

Private Accommodation - [generally less expensive than Service Blocks]

Unlike many other short term letting agencies we have built up an extensive portfolio of owners-own homes and we are able to provide anything from a simple studio flat to a large town house with garden almost anywhere in London.

These properties are let out for short periods whilst Landlords are on holiday. These flats are equipped to a higher standard and have a great deal more character than a typical investment property.

Rental prices are subject to seasonal variations, length of stay and number of people. The table below outlines typical start prices for the various accommodation outlined above.

BOOKING APARTMENTS

Serviced flats can be booked in advance in the same way as an hotel - 1 week's rent is usually sufficient as a holding deposit.

Privately owned accommodation can generally be booked only as far as 1 month in advance unless, however, dates match the landlord's holiday plans.
